Some of the interviews occupation soldiers revealed how they enjoyed the intoxication of power when they abuse helpless Palestinians.
"It's like a drug," one solider told her.
"If I don't go into Rafah and if there isn't some kind of riot once in some week, I go nuts." |

I think this applies to all that wear uniforms and are in some kind of authoritive posisition. They are traind in confrontation so they feel like they have to engage in some kind of violent response.
Same as the police here in the US. Give them guns and train them to use them and they wasnt to shoot people. I was in the Army when I was 17 and we were trained to kill so we all prayed for war.
Is it human nature? I don't know..........
