1. If I post a pic I made with Photoshop and trueSpace and the community finds it too shocking and grotesque can it be removed? 2. How do I post a pic?

Upload it to http://www.imageshack.us/ and you'll get a code to post it on this board, I believe you can even get code to post a thumbnail that you can click on to see the real size image if it is a big one.
