think of the advantages of having your very own secret police equiped with the very latest torture technology.all made to the highest standard in great britain.we lead the world in this field you know.

or how a about a little 'area denial' warefare?hmmmm?we make the very finest landmines and 'anti personnel' equipment in the world you know .hmmmm?

they are really efficient at disrupting third world countries you know.just air drop them near some schools.we can make them look like childrens toys and they are guaranteed to blow off at least the lower half of a childs arm.nothing like maiming peoples children to 're-focus' their loyalties.

man , what a total washout.

where was the protest.we got 'captured' before we even got off the train (by armed , black - uniformed thugs - ie . der polizai ) they ruined the film from my camera.they didnt destroy the camera tho.

4 and a half hours they kept me at the cop shop.they made me plenty of tea and even blackmailed me into making tea for everyone at the station.when i jokingly accused them of voilating my human rights under Article 4 of the UNDHR and i should see a lawyer the desk sergeant said "wot for mate.you were released 2 hours ago , we thought you liked it here ".

yep.cops with a sense of humour.were doomed , doomed i tell ya.
ah well all 'public dissorder' and resisting arrest charges were dropped so i cant bear a grudge.

oh god.

i hope nobody is expecting me to set the world free !

some revolutionary huh.? didnt even make it off the docklands light rail.(overhead train.) pity. i had a great spot picked out.i would have got some great shots.

my own fault i suppose.the police dont like cameras.my old one is as big as a blue whale.hardly incognito.like the camera , i am way too old for this nonsense.

weird thing is , the desk sergeant knocked on my door this morning to appologise and give me a brand new film for my camera !!!
he formaly appologised on behalf of the metropolitan police and offered me the chance 'to persue the matter further' !!!unheard of.almost bizzare.

i never even mentioned i was a minister or my connection with the ministry.to him i was just an ordinary 'protester'.

the moral :- ALWAYS BE POLITE AND BUSINESS-LIKE TO THE POLICE. how you act reflects back on you.if they want to act like animals , well thats them.

"Doh I feel a bit like a political porn" the spotty nosed teenage pc said to me as his colleague stood between me and my camera stripped of film.
Now where have I heard that before? Ahh yes the Miners strike thats right.... when Thatcher re-criminalised the working classes. Hmmmm I wonder if they will do the same thing to the arms industry?
Anyway I asked him how long he'd worked for the new order, and the barely out of nappies moron replied don’t be cheeky son!
Reminding myself that there was no point in arguing with a retard I resigned myself to the usual process of interrogation what group are you with? Who are you meeting? To which I explained I was a freelance photographer on my day off just doing a spot of sight seeing! As two stretch limos glided past us with diplomatic plates..I pondered about asking the prick if he really knew who he was protecting.... when they both got distracted by a real tourist with his cam corder I was simply told if I was seen on the Island again that I’d be arrested, and don’t bother asking what for they would think of something! I duly retreated as I already felt a little disgusted...kind of sick to the stomach, I don’t know if it was the limos and the stench of death concealed within them harbouring mercenaries of war or the poor turn out of the protestors, probably a combination of all those factors alas a few more billion dollars of arms deals were struck in London ensuring the New World Order can continue to fuel the corporate beast and annihilate all opposition to its tyranny!!
