Police officers acquitted for beating a 64 yr old man recently in New Orleans. In the words of their defense attorney "all he had to do was comply"....and they wouldn't have fractured his face.

Faith doesn't deserve respect, as it is arbitrary and can be applied to anything including Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and the U.S. is a democracy..

Faith is the essence of anti-spirituality and anti-intellectualism.
It is the trashy substitute for clarity, since why bother having "faith" in what is clearly seen?

Clarity deserves respect, faith does not.
