Comedy sketch highlighting the mind-numbing ignorance of war proponents. They want America to invade every country under the sun but asking them to locate those countries on a map proves a little difficult, but they'll still give you their opinion on it.

Racine Journal Times News Paper

Leader or criminal?
In response to his recent letter, obviously Mr. Ignacio G. Gonzalez himself is a little misled. His statement, "Iraq did possess weapons of mass destruction. They were moved and are now in Syria, our next battleground" is totally erroneous misleading right wing hogwash.
What about North Korea? They're our enemy right? And they admit to having nuclear weapons.
Are we to invade another country and overthrow that government and set up another puppet government like Afghanistan and now Iraq? What happens when nothing is found in Syria - do we go invade Iran, because, hey, you never know maybe they moved it there. There never was any nuclear weapons in Iraq and the only chemical weapons there now are American, as the good ol' USA is illegally using white phosphorous chemical weapons.
The real criminal is President Bush himself who should be tried for war crimes. |

Thats not really fair to say. We can't do anything about it, its not like the government is listening to us or gives a shit what we think while they're getting money from corporations. The first time we'll have a chance to pull out is in 2008 when someone else becomes president. Hopefully it will be someone with a clue.
Speaking of, I saw on some other site that Christopher Walken is running for president in 2008. Wacky. His platform is pretty acceptable, but there is no mention of the drug war. As a Libertarian I'm holding judgement until his stance on gun control is clarified.
For those of you who may start twitching when an American discusses guns, take a gander at the LP's take on solving America's crime problem. Step #2: End Prohibition.
As for the invasions, I'm glad that the Taliban and Saddam were taken down. Sure, maybe America was being a little pompous in regards to Iraq, but the UN wasn't doing anything about the atrocities going on there. Maybe it took some false pretenses by a corrupt federal government to get the job done, but at least now some worldwide attention is focussed on what the Bad Guys have been doing and that its possible to Stop Them. Now we just need the UN to grow a spine and go pacify Africa before the various cultures down there genocide each other. America has a ton of internal problems to deal with, its someone else's turn to take the next step towards World Peace. <eek, I know I'm gonna get it for that one.>
Oh and hey, why do people say that Afghanistan and Iraq have puppet governments? Thats a big fat lie! Unless they're saying that the US fixed the elections or something. _________________ And I will raise up for them a plant of renown,
