Where is it legal?

What places in the world is it LEGAL to smoke pot?

I would like a list of some places if you guys can think of it.

I remember Roger saying something about Mendocino County California, but it still looks like people get busted there since the state and feds don't agree with the law.

I would love some more info on Mendo as well, and how we could motion our local governments to get it on the ballot!

I'd say it is pretty much legal to use Cannabis in the Netherlands.

Does anyone have a list?

For example, I have heard you can smoke in Vancouver.

What about Mendocino? Is it just Medical Marijuana?

Look it up on the net there are lots of places you can smoke in Vancouver and it is so easy to get herb. 300 block of west hastings st (spelling?) I walked around there and in the cannabis cafes was tons of people and clouds of smoke. Got asked lots of times if I "needed anything" or if I was "set for the night" there is a big park right there and just stand their for like 5mins and someone will come up to you. Always check before you buy
