What about canadians?, how many plants?,$1000 donation?

Just stumbled across this site, at first I wasn't sure it was for real. What i notice is that most everyone seems to be relating to ministries (and legal situations) in America, does this protection of religion also apply in Canada?
Other questions i had was the donation variations($30-$1000), the higher the donation the higher the level of participation. What comes with a higher donation, what extra privilages, where can more detailed information be found in regards to this? Also what is the ministries stance on cultivation, what is the minimum/maximum number of sacramental plants allowed per private sacred garden. Finally, what is the minimum/maximum allowed intake of sacrement per day, i mean i know some guys that smoke like 2 to 3 oz's in any giving day, would they have to slow down for the ministry?
Answeres to these questions would help clear up some doubt in regards to this faith, please get back to me it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes Canada is protected, Roger or Ferre or /and the Other Canadians will soon giv you detail on donations. How much you grow, use etc. is your business as a minister I have found using meditation tech I use less than i did and get more out of it.
