Hey Rev. Roger,
Thank you for the lovely chat today and all else that you have done for me (and others).
I am glad that I was able to share my good news of 'suppressed evidence' in my Utah case.
I believe that all the components are available to substantiate a religious claim whereby I could be 'reimbursed' for the cannabis that was destroyed by law enforcement in Utah. I'll let you know soonest if I plan to continue with a civil lawsuit.
In the mean time, please take care or yourself and our ministry.

Aloha. What a beautiful thing to be able to announce here.
This man had been a new member of the THC Ministry for a very short amount of time before his arrest. Our religious defense to prosecution was true for him and he rode it to victory in about six months. He has a very powerful personal spirit that I noticed from every phone call we shared. He was 'only going to take victory for an answer' is what it felt like to me. Now this good news comes.
I'll say it again for emphasis; in my opinion, cases are won or lost mostly depending on our personal mana (our inner spiritual strength) and our karma (the cause and effect nature of our reality). By exercising your mana and cleaning your karma you can add measurable benefits to your life. It's about refining our lives as we go along; building personal power and having good manners and respect for others are human qualities that work to help make for a good life.
All the best to you,
Roger

I'll say it again, it doesn't matter if you are sane or a loony bible basher. If you grow cannabis you are breaking the law. Having good manners doesn't put you above the law. |
