Our news has just showed a preview and it showed ppl in wheelchairs smoking outside a courthouse. Todays wamm's and Angel Rache's hearings.

CNN was mentioning the case a few times an hour, they even had an online-poll on the subject of State/Federal control. The interesting part was that CNN never questioned the medical aspect, they just asked which level of government should regulate the medical calibre Cannabis.

Hopefully the court will have a human (as opposed to animal) judge and the way will be cleared for each and EVERY state of the union to relegalize the herb. Once the insidious evil carried out by the federal government has been put to rest, the rest of the world will have no reason to persecute their own people any longer.

They said the justices "hesitate" to say mj has medical benefits.

Do they claim to know more than doctors?

We won't know what they were really thinking, 'till spring...

It's really hard to figure out what the Supreme's are going to do about anything...sometimes they'll surprise you...

Sometimes what seems like a hard line of questions is a particular judge's way of "helping"...
