I'm glad all worked out well here..... I just stumpled on this site today, and was reading this post, but I have checked NJWEEDMANS site for years, as well as other sites, and I donated to his cause a few years ago.

Hey people, isn't it amazing that this post started with the bashing and marginalizing of one of the only REAL activists we have in America, and ended with him smashing the lie to tiny pieces! That's why the weedman and I get along so well, we don't bullshit people. We are becoming legends at the court clerks office, with everyone giving a hello and crowding around to hear the details. People laughing and wanting to buy one of weedmans shirts which says legalize marijuana. So the movement is racists, as are many political parties in this country, are you suprised? I said this years ago about the weedman, and I have seen it first hand by him being searched twice while me not being touched for the same thing. Not to mention he recieved a harsher sentence than myself, which to me is crazy. But just like pepper had to change his mind after his blinders were smashed, so will to government. Much respect Weedman.

"whitey" is not the problem here Brother njweedman;
It's "Marijuana Laws", Brother!
I admire your courage greatly, and send much respect to You for Your efforts.
But if i may brother:
I sincerley believe; You would gain more ground in your fight for freedom, if you left racial qualities out of your plan. It's ugly, and it is anti-productive. Honestly, it makes you out to be a renegade radical, or outlaw in the eyes of public. (and to those who you must deal with in court)..and believe it, or not it sets you back, as much as you want to go forward, Brother. I know the fight is over-bearing & stressful most of the time, and this is apparent in your posts. but its no reason to blame whitey for the problems you encounter. Some people may find it offensive & unnessasary.(which will always bring forth negitive results)
"I do not come forth to scold you, or to tick you off".
...I only offer a word of advise...
"KEEP YOUR COOL BROTHER, DONT FIGHT WITH A TEMPER".
Thank You for Your Time, Brother njweedman.

I'd like to agree with you brother Tucker. Althought cannabis prohibition stems from many sources, one of the primary sources being racially motivated, i do thing that using racism to fight this argument will make things ugly.
I am sorry NJ for your persecutions by the "man" and i thank you for working so hard for us all over the years.
In my days searching for religious truth, NJ, I found your site a few years ago. You are the one that started me on my quest to personal religious freedoms and I give Thanks to You on this holy day of Easter. You will always be my brother.
Thanks for showing up here.
Peace
