just to prove i really am crazy:-

there is a food which is capable of stopping or slowing down the activity and reproduction rate of mutagenic viruses.

it also slows down the ability of a virus to mutate faster than the bodies immune system can handle.it gives your body the ability to defend itself against viruses and helps the immune system 'catch up'.

ok ok.it is ..... GARLIC !.yes , yes i know.i am a loonatic.but think about it.did you ever know anyone who ate garlic regularily? when did you last see them catch a cold ?

ah yes.the scientific stuff. - the active ingriedients are selenium and the stuff that makes garlic ' hot ' (i forget the name of it)

oh yeah.it is also a very effective deterent against vampires , which are a big problem in this neighbourhood lately.
