| Hi, I just have a few specific questions concerning the legal issues of these religious rights. First, does being a member of this ministry allow one to legally procure cannabis in any other way besides cultivation such as buying from a non-member and can that seller be prosecuted for selling a religious sacrament? Can you possess your cannabis sacrament anywhere regardless of school, school zones, airports, etc.? Can one be prosecuted while driving a motor vehicle for being under the influence if the state (Georgia for example) has a zero-tolerance DUI policy stating that even if metabolites are present then its a DUI or are you allowed to possess and contain traces in one's body because of the religion? and finally could businesses fire, or even test for that matter, employees who have traces of cannabis sacrament in their systems if they have religious nondescrimination policies? Thanks in advance. |
