The above is a 2:23 video of a University of Florida student being publicly tortured for exercising his first amendment right to freedom of speech in a public forum. He, apparently, asked an inconvenient question.
When they first came along, the taser was touted as a non-lethal device which would reduce the number of firearms shooting deaths committed by policemen.
The number of firearms deaths by police has remained the same. The number of taser incidents has sky-rocketed, causing at least 200 deaths.
This boy was no threat. He was only trying to speak, and was publically punished for it to put the fear-of-god in the citizenry.

Let's see...it's like being cooked by a microwave, but causes no VISIBLE permanent injury. Oh, so it's safe to jump in the microwave now days? Direct attacks with radiation are cool now? You know how much radiation that thing has to output to affect half a mile???? Fuck....
