TURKEY HERBAL STUFFING
This is very very easy to make, and easy to make that you can get pretty stoned.
1/2 cup butter
2-4 tablespoons of finely chopped cannabis buds
3-4 gloves of garlic crushed and chopped
2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup pecan nuts
1 tbl grated fresh lemon peel
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped sage leaves
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
400g white breads cubes
Method:
Saute onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Add celery and mushcooms and cook further 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients including the cannabis, mix well, then cool.
Other option is you could use 1/4 cup of cannabutter and 1/4 cup of normal butter instead.... be warned, it can be very potent depending on the strength of your cannabutter... heheh!
Stuff and truss the bird in the usual way.
Goodluck!
TIP: I prefer cooking on the BBQ oven...its like a BBQ with a cover..... if you have a wonderful BBQ oven, as its a "must" to have a BBQ oven in every Australian backyard.....
Rub turkey all over with margarine then wrap in well greased foil. Bake in a hot oven for an hour, then reduce temperature to moderate until half an hour before cooking is due to finish.
Remove foil, liberally pierce skin with a fork and return to oven unwrapped to brown.
When cooked, cover again in foil, wrap in a towel to retain heat and allow to set for 20-30 minutes before carving.
As a guide, allow 25 minutes cooking per 500g for birds up to 6kg and 20minutes per 500g for birds over 6kg.
Might be a good idea if you didnt make this for your family that don't use cannabis at all, it could give them a nasty surprise! hehe... and also the good thing about the using cannabis butter instead is the fats/THC will go thru the meat a little bit, and it will give the meat a bit of extra "spice"
Any advice or ideas or questions is always welcome here!
Cheers'n'cones'n'hugs!
Happy Festive Season!

my friends and I make a special turkey every year. I thought I would share the recipie with you.
After we have thawed out our turkey, we take a small bowl and melt about 3/4 cup of canabutter in it. Then we add 4tsp of Garlic Powder, 1/8 Tsp of chili powder, and 1/4 cup spiked vodka (all this is is vodka that has been made into a tincture by letting it sit with herbs in it for a month).
Mix all ingrediants together in the melted cannabutter. Take a clean hypodermic needle (never a problem in our house- she is an emt and I take b12 shots twice a week) fill syringe of needle full of butter mixture and proceed to shoot up the bird! there will be enough fluid in that area when it springs a leak. (that's ok cause it will cook in those jui ces) when the entire bird is shot up pour the rest of the liqued butter mixture over the bird, stuff if you choose (we always put our stuffing on the side) cover with tinfoil and cook. You will need to allow 20-30 min extra to cook because of all the extra liqued.
the turkey will hold in the liqued and when you go to cut it it will be verry moist and delicious... course you will get very stoned too (especially if you do like we do and put the sacred herb in the stuffing, greenpeasalad, gravey, mashed potatoes, and the candied yams. Then for desert we have tripple chocolate, rasberry, rose cake (yes it has the sacred herb in it as well) )
I hope you enjoy.... _________________ You get what everyone else gets, You get a life!
