Chocolate Sheet Cake
2 Cups unbleached flour
1/4 Cup Canna Flour
2 Cups sugar
8 Teaspoons Canna butter
4 teaspoons cocoa
½ cups Cannashortening
1-cup water
½ cup buttermilk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1-teaspoon vanilla
1-teaspoon soda
Sift flour and sugar together.
Bring butter, cocoa, shortening and water to rapid boil.
Pour butter mixture over flour and sugar-stir well
Add remaining ingredients to mixture-mix well.
Pour in an 11” x 17” greased pan- bake 400 degrees, 15-18 minutes- cover and cool.
Frosting for Chocolate Sheet Cake
8 tablespoons canna butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/3-cup milk
1 box powdered sugar (sifted)
½ tablespoons vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to boil in a large pot.
Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Frost Cool cake while frosting is still hot!
Sprinkle nuts on top
