heres his post he said i could post it anywhere

http://www.thc-ministry.org/index1.htm this is thc ministrys main site i have found lots of usefull info here ^^ though the site meeds a makeover very hard to find your way around

http://www.thc-ministry.org/injunctionnotice.html
^^^^ this is the page that updates on roger christie & others lawsuit against the federal govt & officials they still have yet to get a decision from the courts

after readin the defences motion to dismiss it is evident to me that christie &co r deserving of trust because they have shown they r making a valiant effort on our behalf

i will not only b joining 4 free i will also b getting the sanctuary kit as soon as i can afford it and will probly b making donations afterward

even though the kit itself may not guaretee me the freedom i believe it would b a huge building block as evidence of religion

i admit i was skeptical at first but upon digging i did find what i needed to make an informed decision

though the people on the thc ministry forums could have been more helpfull to safty maybe they r ignorant & just have blind faith & never reasearched it themselves

regardless when i join i will b suggesting a sticky thread & faq set up 2 answer what we have been resaerchin and debating here 4 what seems like an eternity

they could have made easily avalible by not having it easily avalible im sure many prospective members dissmissed this religion as a scam to hoodwink stupid drug dealers that r in it for profit

here are links to back up that the lawsuit & other efforts exist
http://www.mpp.org/HI/news_7134.html
http://newswire.indymedia.org/en/ne...03/801444.shtml
http://www.pdxnorml.org/ii/990606.html
http://rastaites.com/news/archive0604.htm#hawaii
http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=3486
http://www.cannabisnews.com/news/thread12944.shtml

i realy enjoyed reading what the judges thought of the motion to dissmis the federal lawsuit that still has yet to b decided on
http://www.judgesagainstthedrugwar.org/volunteerforum/viewtopic.php?t=10&sid=44c6142b845048303b21a1047e1ab217

if you want to search some more on your own cut & paste these terms in your browser
"roger christie" +lawsuit
"roger christie" + sues
"roger christie" +ashcroft
also u can replace the words roger christie with thc ministry

wow im done typin im very happy to find out this group is realy tying as hard as possible to further the cause

id still love to here anyones lawers opinion on the practitioners & sanctuary kits please report back guys

My son in law is exempt from urine tests and its a first for the drug rehab and anger management place he goes to. Due to the exemption papers we printed up stating laws that back us.

I used Reverend Tuckers and changed it to my states info. Search your state and its religious ammendment..

Date:
To whom it may concern,

I, ______________________ request exemption from drug testing and or treatment, due to my religious beliefs and practices. I am a registered congregation member of the Iowa THC Ministry. The Iowa THC Ministry’s members are mandated to use cannabis as a sacrament in our religious practices. The ministry is a recognized religion with ministries in many states, and continents. Because of our mandate, and the rights/beliefs thereof that I accept, it would set forth a great burden as to our practices and beliefs, denying us of our religious rights altogether. Furthermore, it would be religiously degrading to be submitted to such an action. Thank You.

We are protected under the Constitution of Iowa (Article 1.Sec.#3). Also, the “Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993”, as well as the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights ”Article 18 ). Which clearly states our religious rights and freedoms as follows:

"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance".

On this overwhelming evidence, I pray for exemption in this case.
Thank you for respecting my religious, civil, and human rights in this matter.

Thank you for your cooperation,
Sincerely;

The sites are, themselves, easy enough to navigate and full of info.

One's difficulty might be in hoping to get another to do the sifting for them.

We all have a lot on our plates, and the sifting must be done by the person searching.

Someday we may have a secretary, but until then....

Sift and follow your bliss,
Ben

i hear the word sifting way to much in these forums this is the faq section of the fourums is it not

this one post answers the most single most freaquently asked question (outside of the actual practices we follow) how can i trust you actualy make efforts on behalf of your members

when a prospective member is here they dont want to sign up til they know this ministry is willing to back them up the same as we back the ministry up

we as existing members have a responsibility to prospective members
the more people join our us the stronger & farther reaching our ministry is

more members=more political clout=more respec ect.

if they do not know how to search we must teach read the first post for an example of this how many prospective members do u think passed u up because they thought u were a scam this is riddiculous this should ever happen considering the wealth of provable things this organization has accomplished

read that first post again if u still dont see this side of it i want u to read through this entire thread
http://www.overgrow.com/edge/showthread.php?t=593188&onlyuser=&perpage=15&pagenumber=1

i just want to note the title of this thread again i want to help

dont you? note if u dont want to help with a problem dont respond no offence

Dude, no one's avoiding teaching or advising you.

Here, you get to do your own research because that's the best way to learn about the ministry. You get to make up your own mind, which can be a good thing... Laughing

All the rest of us here took the time to 'sift' and you should too!

Smile

BTW, were you in that post..?

Rev.Holden Greene, thanks for showing us the threads.

You are right, this site can be hard to navigate at times because it's HUGE. I mean, if you stop at the forums only, you won't get lost so easily, but the THC-Ministry.net as a whole has got 5,920 pages, and it grows daily. It's a very deep site full of useful informations. It takes time to take it all in and digest it all. Not to mention that I myself sometimes don't know where to start from. But believe me, it's all here for you to find, read and learn. All you need is time and a little bit of patience.

About people first reaction, I am used to it. Where I live it's quite well accepted though. I have to add that it all started In Haawaii a few years back and it's in the United States that the best success stories are to be found (Thank Roger Christie for that). Probably because they don't mind that much if I have the sacrament for personal, spiritual use here where I live. I wouldn't be in trouble anyway.

Look at this International Ministry as a big back up for countries that are more in need. We are all together in this and we back each other up.

What else can we do to please you?

Take care Smile

we are in serious need of a read thread in the questions & faq section on
the authenticity of this ministry that show outside links such as the ones listed in the second post to prove that the ministry is real and not a scam

that is not something that someone should have to sift for & if anyone here is ready 2 dissagree with that statement im ready to out-debate u

there seems to be an attitude among
some members here from what ive been readin in these faq forums that "i had to dig 4 5 hours to find it now so do u" thoughts like this r ignorant

in this read forum there should also b a short tutorial on how to search the internet 4 thc ministry info also examplified in second post on this page

everyone on these forums here seem to b pretty free of prosecution im in the us & if i showed the cops in my neighborhood the membership cards avalable here they would laugh at me then start gettin phsiccal lookin 4 names of other users & growers

i would totaly b arrested & people in these types of areas from which i come from find it nearly impossible to believe that this is possible in the u.s. when presented with nothing on the subject except for the word sift

they rightfully say what the hell is this they say ya there legit but they cant even provr to me in there faq section read section that they exist in any other capacity than this site & a bank account were we can send money into

i have provided this info lets start usin it not only on the faq forums here

but also on the main site & also on christies site

i dont see how this could have been overlooked for 5 years

5 years come on people we can do better than this

take some inspiration from me & try to help

Amen.

Rev. Holden. Given that this ministry, in terms of membership, requires quality over quantity, would you describe, briefly, your personal vision for THC Ministries?

Thank you.

Follow Your Bliss,
Ben
