Things are going backwards in Europe

I have just this minute received this news item from th Legalise Cannabis Alliance:
Personal possession of cannabis has been recriminalised in Germany. Ten years
ago their federal constitutional court decided possession in small quantities
for occasional personal consumption should not be considered a crime. However,
they couldn't work out what constituted a small amount nor how often occasional
use is. So they decided the best approach was to give up and return to the old
policy.
