You keep posting videos in a private proprietary format (Flash). Any reason that you don't post these videos in the public, open source MPEG-4 format?

Yes, and a simple reason, It's the format Youtube uses and all I do is embed the video, if I would want to show them in the MPEG-4 format I would have to download the video to my pc, convert it to MPEG-4 format and upload it to my server and then embed it, which would mean I also would have to write the code to do that in the post in which I want to show the video.
All this while flash player is free and about everyone has it installed, and Youtube provides the video, the hosting space, the bandwidth and the code to embed it?
I think the use of the MPEG-4 format is a principle choice, not a practical one and for me it wouldn't be practical at all, and it wouldn't be practical at all for members who want to post a video on our boards too.
