Once a man sees his immortality, there is no turning back. He is on the Quest of Knowledge whether he knows it or wants it. He can fight against it and live a turbulent life. Or follow it and find inner peace. _________________ Once a man sees his immortality, there is no turning back. He is on the Quest of Knowledge whether he knows it or wants it. Vocations are total by their very nature.
Back to everyday life, to cope with mortality one thing I can recommend to do is go to a cemetery and sacrifice some Cannabis to a dead one. Burn it, breathe it, and remember him or her.
This makes me think of the 19th century poem „Herr von Ribbeck auf Ribbeck im Havelland“ in which Theodor Fontane tells the story of the man who asked for a pear tree to be planted upon his grave, so that these who would remember could enjoy... are there any precedents of Cannabis prohibition being enforced on a cemetery? |
