Okay!
The essay by Ginni is highly appreciated. She gets it said, where my mouth fumbles.
I also appreciate the 'cult evaluation frame'. I've never seen that before and find interesting how some of the 'traditional' religions/churches score...hehe.
I now know the difference betwixt and amulet and a talisman, whew, never know when i could stick my foot in my mouth for not knowing that! (I hang out with some witches, from time to time.)
There is a small edit needed, i think. Under the heading, 'Magician's box' it seems there is a 'lost' part of a sentence: In modern times believers can keep their...."
I got my ten dollars worth, expect a check. |
Glad you liked it. And thank you for the specific feedback on the parts that resonnated with you the most.
I might mention that in the large section on herbs, one of particular importance is cannabis. There are photos of ancient Egyptian documents discussing cannabis, so don't overlook that article just because it with the other plants.
I just posted a new version of the PDF. Mostly minor edits here and there, but also a new introduction and several color pictures of Greek and Roman deities. Probably not worth printing out a whole new copy (at 886 pages) if you have already printed out version 1, but you may want to pick up the latest PDF in case you ever need to provide a copy to your lawyer (hopefully you won't ever have to face prosecution for religion). _________________ http://www.prntrkmt.org/ |

Hello friends,
Aloha I noticed this revealing paragraph in the book:
"What possible reason could the U.S. government have for such Draconian penalties for cannabis? It is because Chrsitianity has always imposed Draconian penalties for Witchcraft, including torture and the death penalty. The Controlled Substances Act imposes harsher penatlies for cannabis than for rape, murder, and torture because the Christian judges and Congresspersons consider Cannabis Witchcraft to be a more serious religious offense than violent crimes."
Now (I'm) we're getting educated past the old Anslinger, Hearst, DuPont conspiracy talk. This is really interesting and very deep....
All the best to you,
Roger

I always thought it had to do with the fact the Cannabis flowers can be used as a sexual stimulant, and the fibers, oil, seeds are worth a lot and easy to grow. That is why Marihuana and Hemp were deliberately mixed up, and the effects of Marihuana were caricaturalized ( e.g. "Reefer Madness" ). All of this rather fascistic process resulted in the anti Cannabis law of the USA.
Of course the temporary effects of Marihuana for talent enhancing and the opening of the eyes is maybe also not welcome for a government that tend to do none democratic actions ( Patriotic Act for example ).
While I was laying in my vegetable and herbs garden I wondered, for example, who said to us that a garden in Holland has to be for display, and none-consumable. While my garden conbines these. Or, who said to me I have to wear white cloths and big sunglasses. A man on television that said that this would be THE TREND of 2006.
Among other hypes, I have the power by Cannabis to reveal them easier, and think "you can put it in your you know what, I do not need this.".
That resulted in my decision to keep my life simpeler, by consume much less, and thus be friendlier to the creation, and be much happier as a person.
I think they do not want people to have their eyes openened. They want them to have them work hard under the influence of nicotine, and be drugged by alcohol in the weekend. Both do not open your eyes at all.
Bob Marley also tried to figure out what is to be so fundamental wrong about Cannabis flowers. He claimed that government people are afraid of it, because they think it makes you a rebel. Marley questioned this by saying "Against WHAT ?". _________________ Free Cannabis. |

They don't like cannabis because you can't have a bunch of people running around with open minds. Pretty soon everyone would figure out their game of slavery for dollars would end and leave many of the elite high and dry without anyone to push around.
We know cannabis is the key to an enlightened universe.....but so do they. Cannabis makes you realize that all the fancy cars, houses, etc are worth nothing in the overall scheme. People cultivate cannabis and start to remember their connection to this earth and that hurts corporate profits.
You also have the complicity of the government being involved in things like crack and cocaine trade that make it difficult to legalize cannabis. With cannabis the illegal seizure and redistribution of it provides the govt with a major source of income as well that doesn't have to be accounted for in the slightest.
Then of course, you have forfeiture. Another large source of income and freebies for police agencies across the country. Cops like driving the cars they confiscate, that's no secret...and many of them make a decent living on the side from confiscated monies.
The more you think about the more reasons you can come up with why our beloved plant is criminalized. What pisses me off is that somebody else thinks their decisions about this, that, or whatever should have anything to do with the way I choose to live my life.
If we could get past this whole deal where one human tries to control another this world would be a wonderful place. _________________ -Brother Adam (we are all one family)

Glad you liked it. I uploaded a new edition this afternoon. Includes information on the original Stone Age Goddess.
I am adding more information on the Stone Age Goddess and also a brief account of two of the most important Kemetic myths (which should help connect together some of those names and give some meaning for those unfamiliar). Hope to have that available soon. _________________ http://www.prntrkmt.org/ |

It will probably take months to finish the book. For now it is probably wise to read it on-line and maybe print out selected pages that you might want to have available for off-computer reference. Your PDF viewer will allow you to select specific pages to print rather than attempting to print the whole thing. _________________ http://www.prntrkmt.org/ |

A new (7th version) is now available (same location as before).
I restored the pictures that were accidently deleted (sorry about that).
Also added a new section discussing Sekhmet and Bast and one of the most important myths of ancient Kemet. That discussion starts around page 188 of the 7th edition (obviously page numbering will keep changing with each edition).
The myth of the Destruction of the Destruction of Humans is particularly important because the correct religious celebration is dancing, beer (or bread), and cannabis. There is a lot of archaeological evidence to show that the survival of humanity is supposed to be celebrated with dance, beer/bread, and cannabis -- as a religious celebration.
If they want proof in court, they can fly the jury to Egypt to look at the ancient temple walls. _________________ http://www.prntrkmt.org/ |
