Imagine that blind people would make laws to limit the visual world for those who can see??
Now that sounds crazy now doesn't it?
But...
THAT is exactly what happened with the prohibition laws, it's not only criminal, but from an intellectual point of view it's also plain stupid.
Just my two cents on the matter.

Good point. Congress is always passing a new prohibition or restriction.
