Stoned Della's Gluhwein

Finally managed to get my mate's receipe as I promised, when she made me some for my birthday last Sunday, and I drank a glass before dinner with some roast Lamb, and other glass after dinner following by some nice homemade resin balls, naturally I was very smashed, so take easy with this mulled wine if mixing with more non-THC drinks and wines, it can be pretty heavy and makes you sleep like a baby which that what happened to me on my birthday.... I passed out too early

Serves 8.

6 cups red wine (some sort of strong red wine)
2-4 grams of buds broken up lightly
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
4 cloves
1/3 of teaspoon five spice powder
1-2 stick/s cinnamon
4 teaspoons of caster sugar
Half of juiced lemon
2 pieces lemon or orange rind

What to do next:

Pour the wine into a medium-sized saucepan, and add all the other ingredients.

Stir over low heat for 15-20 minutes without boiling, ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU MUST NOT BOIL AT ALL! BEACUSE BOILING will remove the alcohol! As THC is asborbed by the alcohol.

Allow to sit for 3 hours to infuse flavours before serving.

Serve warm!

This is a wonderful winter warmer or either pre-dinner (for faster come on effects) or after dinner for a relaxing night!

Happy drinking (Try to drink in moderation, but it's bit hard for me to drink in moderation if I like wines too much )
