This is indeed good news brother and I am glad to hear Mark McKinney and family took the responcability to make it right. I also can not hold a crutch towards people who have a problem child and I gues the kid's mind has not been developed enough to understand the impact and the real damage from such actions. Me too I choose for forgiveness and I also believe children learn from their mistakes (if guided well).
Teran does have talent and he even is a creative writer, let's hope he changes his attitude a little now. |
Hey Brother Ferre, I don't think you speeled that right. I think it's supposed to be respunkabilerty? _________________ "The world's religions have done more to harm humankind than to help it."

Just a co-incidence. Enjoy the synchronicity.
Roger
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday approved a bill that would increase jail time for identity thieves and other fraudulent Web users who register sites under false identities.
The bill, which passed by voice vote, would not directly outlaw the use of fraudulent registration information. Rather, it would increase by up to seven years the prison terms of those convicted of felonies.
It must be approved by the Senate before it becomes law.
Online investigators frequently find that suspects have filled out Web-site registration records with clearly fraudulent information -- providing "555-555-5555" as a phone number or "Small Wok Way, Chopstick Town, WI" as a street address.
As many as 10 percent of the Internet's 30 million domain names may be registered under false identities, according to a study released last year.
"The government must play a greater role in detecting those who conceal their identities online," said Texas Republican Rep. Lamar Smith, a sponsor of the bill.
The bill also establishes fines and jail time for those who use legitimate-looking labels to trick consumers into buying illegally copied music, software and other copyrighted materials. |

I am looking forward to the "I'm sorry" letter, to see if the child still echo's the idea that we are just old hippies trying to conceal our drug use. I hope that this may bring out the truth about the sincere members of this ministry that use cannabis for sacrement, and healing.

I am still angry and even more now that more damage to Roger is assessed. Then that smug paragraph in that apology letter. _________________

Lets not forget that this kid is twelve years old. He may be smart but experienced in adult matters he is not. His parents are really the ones to blame. As a child learning the wiles and ways of the adult world he is going to do about what he can get away with...even the best parents can not ride herd on their children 24 hours a day. He probably is very bright...and bored. Remember what we did when we were young and bored?? Got into a lot of trouble, that's what. Unfortunately the stakes are much higher now..but the kid, being 12, does not know these things yet. He just knows that with a few tricks he can wield great power, like take down a web site. The parents need to be educated as well as the kid.
Bravo to Roger for his attitude of forgiveness! Isn't it what Jesus would do...?
