I was just thinking, and I know that this is a bad thing for it causes me to question reality and ask dangerous questions.
Q#1
Why can you not claim Social security in your taxes payed during the year? IT IS A TAX THAT IS BASED ON YOUR INCOME. you have no option to not pay it. You benifit form it only if 1# you are to pore to pay the tax, 2# to old to work, 3# to sick to work. If you refuse to pay it teh Federal Goverment will put you in jail for tax eveation. WHY CAN YOU NOT CLAIM IT FOR TAX DEDUCTIONS?
Q#2
see above but apply to medicare tax.
Acording to the IRS i am only in the 15% tax bracet lets say, but after adding SS and medicare taxes im paying closer to 25%. So Working 40 hrs a week at say $12/hr a nice paying job makes olmost 25K a year befor taxes. That leaves less than 19k a year to live on. Grumbelll...
or $360 a week.
Now minimul wage suposidly is a living wadge a wadge that would alow a person to have reliable transpertation a roof over tehar heads and food to eat. Yea right..........
Ok im throu FLaming for now. Feal free to coment. |

Unfortunately, there's no place in the world that's any easier to live....
In my experience there's always some problems to deal with any where you go!
