Yes, he was at the London Hemp Fair. Here is one of the last pictures I took from Eagle Bill. This was at the Cannabis Cup last year.

whats the story ?

I got some very good shots of him myself. We started the Vapourising at the London Hemp Fair together. I was the first one he Vapourised at the event.
