now i dont believe in a traditional god like a lot of u here but for the sake of the riddle lets pretend.

whats more powerfull than god,
more evil than the devil,
the rich need it,
the poor have it,
& if u eat it it will kill you?

Wow, It took me a bit to remeber this one.....I started going the wrong way.....thinking I remembered an answer concerning something like Hulility or Humbleness, then.....
I remembered (admittedly, I was almost on to google to get the answer as I knew I had heard this before.....)

I'll PM the answer to you, so as to not ruin it for other's to figure out.....
