* The Jewish, or Hebrew word for cannabis is 'kaneh bosm' as it was originally written in the Torah, the first five books of the Bible.
Kaneh bosm = cannabis. It has been MIS-translated for 2,000 years as 'sweet cane' or 'calamus'. Now we know the truth and 'the truth will set us free'. See the recipe in Exodus 30:23 for the holy anointing oil. It contains cannabis as THE active ingredient. I have made it, and it really works as a topical oil applied through the skin. The very word, CHRIST, literally means 'anointed' with cannabis holy oil. Hallelujah! *

Aloha. It's great to see this site grow with new ideas and new friends who share our special interest in common. Just imagine the blessings and the good that we can do together to free ourselves and the rest of the world that is still held in physical, mental and spiritual bondage. How good can this get? Better than ever!

Many cultures and religions on this beautiful planet have used and enjoyed cannabis and hemp in their history. As proof, there is an ancient word for cannabis or hemp in almost every language on Earth, except Hawaiian and Eskimo. (I believe Russian sailors brought hemp to Hawai'i in the late 1700's. It's been commonly known here as 'pakalolo'. And cannabis, or almost any plant, won't grow near the North Pole.)

We will start a forum soon for all those different histories so that we can better understand our own, but for now let's develope the evidence of cannabis and hemp use in the Holy Bible. Imagine all the references to cannabis written in - green letters - so that they stand out for all to see the 'code' that has been hidden for 2,000 years, the secret 'cannabis code'.

With the latest addition of many, if not all, of the references to the holy anointing oil in the Bible, I think it's time to announce The Green Letter Bible Project.

Some of you know about the 'Red Letter Bible'. It's where all of Jesus' words are printed in red within an otherwise regular Bible It was started by Thomas Jefferson. He thought that Jesus is the most wonderful philosopher and minister who ever lived, and that his exact words needed to be highlighted within the Bible for easy reference and full respect, in red.
I saw just yesterday that every new Senator and Congressman elected to serve in the United States gets a Red Letter Bible when they are sworn-in to office. It's a tradition passed down since the beginning of the nation.

The idea of a 'green letter Bible' has been around for a while in my mind and I think our website is the perfect place to actually build it. As far as I know, there is no such thing - yet - in the world. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Depending on how long it takes, and how much help we have do to it, we can some day actually print the first copy of The Green Letter Bible and then sell them as a fund raiser for our ministry. We get to make a fine part of world history ourselves, right here on this website forum.

Here's how it will work. The first entry in green will be...

Genesis 1:11, God said, "Let the earth produce all the herbs bearing seed."

Cannabis is an herb bearing seed so it certainly qualifies here. The next will be...

Genesis 1:29, God said, "Behold, I have given you every seed bearing plant on earth, and every fruit tree with seed. It will be for your food."

It goes on like this throughout the entire work until the very last page of Revelations. Some of the references will be obvious, some will be our interpretation of what is likely to be cannabis, or hemp.

Some 'incense' = cannabis
The 'cloud' of the Lord = cannabis
The 'plant of renown' in Ezekiel = cannabis
The 'dream tree' of Daniel = cannabis
'Sack cloth' = hemp
The 'stone' the builders rejected = cannabis

All these and many more will soon be written in green letters.

As we see through the code, the Bible opens even more and reveals itself to us (who already enjoy the holy herb) as a book devoted to the burning (and vaporizing) and many uses of cannabis for the blessings of the Lord and the awakening of humanity. Food, clothing, shelter, fuel, medicine, sacrament and much more. What a gift! We get to 'see' the Bible with new eyes, and as we print it in green letters, we get to reveal it to all those with the eyes to see it.

I am a relative newcomer to the word and the history and the love expressed within the Bible. I trust that we will share insights and revelations for many wonderful years to come. Thank you to the One Love within each of us.

The green letter Bible should be printed on hemp paper, again.

It is interesting to note: Ex. 30:31, says: “And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This
shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.”

The key here is “…throughout your generations.” We see here that it is not Biblically good to exterminate cannabis / kaneh bosm, since it is expected and called for in a special recipe. For any evil entity to exterminate cannabis / kaneh bosm, one of the ingredients of this recipe, off earth, would be unfavorable to Christ God Our Father.

Aloha. Yes, a brilliant interpretation from GCW that maintains the cultivation of cannabis throughout all the ages for religious use. I love it! Well done. A significant piece of the puzzle for us to know.

Attorney General John Ashcroft (and many other so-called Christians) can certainly be accused of participating in the extermination of cannabis and hemp, thus denying the very ingredient they need to open their minds and hearts to be truly 'Christened'. To actually become peacemakers and to help heal all the nations, the 'tree of life' must return to the center of the Garden of Eden.

Another great reference for our THC Ministry Green Letter Bible is from Psalm 104:14 where 'the stone the builders rejected has become the corner of our temple'.

I found the neatest online bible. When you type in a scripture your looking for you go to a page with it then get the option of looking at it an choosing from about 13 differant bible versions and translations. I myself
