Thanks, Torkel.
This is actually 'puna butter' from the Big Island ... my own hybrid has more red in it.
Looks good doesn't it? _________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I appreciate the assistance. It is obvious that the members of this group are different than many others, in that upon asking a typical 'newbie' questioned, having not read the stickies which i should have started with, I wasnt flamed. A link to a thread I need to read and welcome messages from various member. I am very impressed.
It is my religious belief that the word of God, which is not neccessarily limited to or containing all of the 'Bible', is divinely written. Because the authors were inspired by God, I find it hard to believe that mistakes were made in the writing. I do believe that mistakes in translation have been made, probably more mistakes with every translation. It is for this reason that I am particularly interested in the Vulgate and Septuagint, as well as the life and actions of early Christians. It is to this extent that I agree with the church of Christ. I believe that communion in 'both kinds' ought to be taken once a week at the beginning of the week. I believe that musical instruments were not originally intended for use by Christians during worship services.
This is about where my beliefs veer off from the church of Christ. I believe there are about a dozen verses in the New Testament that allow marijuana to be smoked. For me, the various letters which discuss the eating of meat sacrificed to idols are talking about marijuana.
Thanks all,

I like your way of thinking. Any translation is subject to a degree of distortion, which ultimately takes away from the original message.
And yes, isn't it nice to find a forum where folks simply do not have the need to be ugly?
It's a real blessing.
Enjoy your stay ... I hope it's a very long one.
