3 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 STICK OF CALCIFIED BUTTER OR MARGARINE
1 STICK MARGARINE (FOR INDIVIDUAL CAKES IN A PAN)
3 CUPS MILK
1/4 CUP WATER
1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP VANILLA
1/4 OUNCE GOOD BUDS
FOR THE BUD BUTTER:TAKE A DOUBLE BOILER POT CHOP THE BUDS UP AND ADD TO CALCIFED BUTTER HEAT IN DOUBLE BOILER POT FOR 45 MINUTES DO NOT BURN BUTTER STRAIN THE BUDS OUT OF BUTTER SET ASIDE
TO MIX THE PAN CAKES MIX THE FLOUR AND SALT IN A BOWL.FOLD EGGS AND WATER INTO THE FLOUR MIXTURE SLOWLY ADD THE MILKSTIR UNTIL SMOOTH ADD TWOTABLESPOONS OF BUD BUTTER TOTO THE THIN TEXTURED BATTER
HEAT UP A SKILLET MEDIUM FLAME OR HEAT,ADD A TEASPOON OF BUTTER TO COOK THE PANCAKES SPOON ABOUT THREE TABLESPOONS OF BATTER INTO THE SKILLET COOK EACH PANCAKE WAITING FOR BUBBLES TO OPEN ON THE UNCOOKED SIDE. THEN FLIP WITH A SPATULA COOK EACH SIE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
USE THE RST OF THE BUD BUTTER TO BUTTER THE PANCAKES
POUR ON SYRUP OR USE POWDERED SUGAR
ENJOY!!!! THSE LITTLE BABYS WILL GET YOU SO HIGH YOULL SWEAR YOUR ON A CLOUD THIS RECIPE MAKES ABOT 30-40 LITTLE SILVER DOLLAR PANCAKES
