I'm curious about what kind of responces you've had from others when you explain your beliefs about the sacrement. Good or Bad.
I've had mostly good. But some people get mad and condem me to hell. It doesn't bother me tho and I don't preach to those who don't want to hear it.

Most of the time they just look at me with a little grin like they are saying nonverbally: "you're crazy" or "it's an impossibility to be like that".
I've said before that most, but not all, people have fallen hook-line & sinker for the government's propaganda that it is a dangerous, evil & destructive DRUG! People have never heard about cannabis in their church or bible (kjv)
referring to it as a sacrament or any other use.
Most of them can not fathom that God would allow or even create such an abominable plant such 'that cannabis is'. They almost won't even acknowledge that it IS a "natural" plant. (grin)
Anyway

People seem to sympathize with me. But then again, I am not a loud person and I speak about it when I feel it's right and I make sure people are aware of my many commitments in other aspects of life as well. They tend to take me seriously. _________________

This, I think, is key...to speak when our inner knowing tells us it's right.
I plant seeds...folks have become accustomed to sound bites... I don't try to tell the whole story of cannabis in one breathless fell swoop...unless it feels right. Then I can ramble breathlessly along with the best of 'em. (fortunately, this rarely happens )
Bottom line, stand on a firm foundation of love (tolerance.) We must become the change we seek. Be tolerant of their ignorance, just as we require others to be tolerant of our cannabis wisdom.
Teach, but don't berate. No one ever wins an argument or even a debate. Your "opponent" stops listening to you, and begins to listen only the the monkey-brain chatter which bolsters their belief system.
Be patient and never give up.

I meet a lot of people from all over the world in "Cool Pool"
Most all the reactions I get are positive. 99% are But the one percent bad reactions are from Egyptians and I had an Israel Jewish man 40 yrs old call me a lunatic about the sacrement last night. I said your surely familer with the book of exodus he scoffed at me like I was an idiot. I said well try exodus 30: 23 Then I told him Jewish scholars at the Jerusalme Universaty SAID it was mistranslated. Then bid him adew an took my leave right in the middle of a game. _________________

I told my best friend, and he laughed, really hard.
then, he joined the colorado chapter.
Most people I tell dont really believe me until I show them proof, and alot of people Ive talked to online have gotten the wrong idea that you have to pay the couple hundred dollars to be a member. So, I made a thread here asking that very question and i always link them to it. Its been a tremendous help.
So far, I havent had one person tell me they didnt want to be a member. Were growing here in colorado, and colorado is taking members from all over the world. Where I can, I send people to the local chapter, but some would rather be involved with mine, you know, familiarity.
mostly, the reaction has been "HAHAhahaha.......really?" _________________ www.shoutwire.com
