Hello forum, i am a new THC Ministry member but a long time ULC Reverand. I was wondering if we under the THC Ministry are able to use other sacraments? I am also a member of The Church of The Tree of Life, but I can't find their address any longer. The views of The Church of The Tree of Life is any sacrament the church pronounced as such at the time the church originated would be legal, but they never pushed the issue on any sacraments, and cannabis was never a sacrament. If any one has the address for them please send it to me. RNagot@comcast.net
I would like to be able to use any and all of Gods gifts, not be limited to one sacrament. What does it take to start a new relegion, or add sacraments to the Ministry?
Next question, are there any physical THC Ministry Churches, for gatherings? I was reading through the post and site's information and it seems that one plant per member is how it should be done. If we have church owned property, can each member of the church have a plot on the church grounds to grow and tend their sacrament?
Could the Minister that lives on the grounds tend to all the members sacraments and the members could come and partake of our sacrament during a ritual or mass, and then take some home.
Thanks for the help, Ren |

Hello ren,
Aloha. Welcome to the THC Ministry.
Our religious defense to prosecution is good for Cannabis-related sacraments only, and only if you are 'prepared'.
I contend that in order to safely enjoy Cannabis sacrament under the religious freedom guaranteed by your State of Florida Constitution that you would do best to become ordained by the ULC, have on-hand their church documents, have our full Cannabis Sanctuary Kit and be licensed to marry people there. Of course it helps to be a 'sincere' spiritual Cannabis sacrament enjoyer first.

A good question. I would think that a 'mushroom ministry' would and could do well. The history is rich and the sacrament is very real.
What exactly do you want to be able to do, and with what sacraments, and where? Please be specific here, it can make a HUGE difference. Thanks.
Next question, are there any physical THC Ministry Churches, for gatherings?
Yes, in downtown Hilo, Hawai'i every Sunday morning from 10 til noon. And at the edge of the lava-flow here we have the THC Ministry 'Garden Temple' with gatherings every Friday afternoon from 4:20 til midnight or so. Anyone else know of any others?
I was reading through the post and site's information and it seems that one plant per member is how it should be done.
This is NOT correct. We don't put a limit on your "adaquate supply". I do recommend some guidelines, however, depending on where you live.
If we have church owned property, can each member of the church have a plot on the church grounds to grow and tend their sacrament?
Yes, however, in my opinion it takes some solid preparation for this and it is likely to be tested by your local law enforcers - unless you have a pro-active plan in place and working such as our former (and future) 'injunction'.
Could the Minister that lives on the grounds tend to all the members sacraments and the members could come and partake of our sacrament during a ritual or mass, and then take some home.
Ah, the dream is alive! Thanks for putting that down in words. Yes. To me, it's not about legal 'permission' to do this, it's about my generating the cash and or credit to financially do the job. My license is enough for me to have a Cannabis 'greenhouse chapel'. As I said earlier, to understand your situation I need to know more about you. Can you and or your family 'afford' to be arrested to test this? Stay safe, is my first advice to you! Stay safe and stay free. Do your homework.
Thanks for the help, Ren |

Thank you Brother Roger, for the reply and the journey you've chosen for to benefit from.
I would like to be able to use and grow any sacrament I choose. Some occasions require other Entheogens. Mushrooms, cacti, Khat, Salvia, DMT, Opium, ect. ect. Come to mind. Some of these are legal to own and grow but not for consumption. I would like to set up my own site and possibly a gathering area (church), how did you start the process?

To be honest, I am known to use other entheogens for meditative and spiritual purposes since more than 30 years and as a matter of fact I have finally published the First Universal Church of Kantheism yesterday, which was originally founded by Brother Ben Power years ago and which is based on the use of Cannabis AND other entheogens. _________________ █ Please read the Board Rules and Posting, and you
