Anyone know anything about 'soft cartilage' conditions and prevention of osteoarthritis ?

Did some research and found calcium aspartate anhydrous which apparently could be of help, I also found this site with product comparisons:

Glucose--thingy is what they're talking about yesterday. I just wondered if there is something I can eat or not eat to improve things instead of doing their drugs.

No wonder I seize up in the cold. .................
