Best laws in the country if you compare state to state. I don't exactly love the winters but for the laws it's pretty good! I can ride around with almost a QP(minus a half ounce or so) and if it's in one bag, it's only a civil citation, not even a misdemeanor. They might get upset if I am smoking while driving though, so gotta be careful about that. I wouldn't carry more than an eighth or a quarter, though, anyways.
