The same thing as if i don't use ctrl. It goes to the page with all the other emoticons and if i click on any of them nothing happens it just clicks and that is it. When i click on the more emoticons it takes me to a whole page of them and the reply page does not come up with it. Not sure of what to do...

Actually...i don't even have a computer..so no mouse, that may be the reason why it does not work. Only have msn tv service at the moment, still have not after so long now been able to get a computer and thats ppretty bad for all the things that an and need to be done with the use of one yet my system does take certain printers, very few though and some that are hard to find and still have not had a printer Sad

Sheesh....I didn't know people still used the TV stuff. I have no idea how to help you with that. Can you highlight the smilies in that window and see if it shows the code in the bottom left corner?

I guess that doesn't work, this time i clicked on several of them and then tried to see what it would do if i clicked on close window at the bottom and it took me back to the reply page with no emoticons i clicked on prior to closing the window.....?.....well i am clueless now on that but mabey i just can't use them just like user groups and things like that i cannot access. Any more info or suggestions let me know.

I'm talking about in the smiley window that opens. The bottom border of the window on the left where it usually says "done" after a page loads. When you're looking at the smilies and highlight one, look at the bottom left corner of the window. I'm willing to bet it's there. It's just like when you click a link, the link address shows up in the bottom left corner of the window. If you can see the smiley code which usually has a colon : in front of it and a colon : after it you can manually type in the smilies. Some are :*jumpie*: without the **....

I just want to make sure we're talking about the same thing.

When a page loads from my server it has a bar that just fills up and then it goes to the page, it doesn't say done on it. I know what you are talkin about about with the bottom left hand corner of the window but mine does not have links come up when you click on one and nothing happens when i click on any of the emoticons, it just blinks and that is it....it probably is my system and/or the server so either way i will eventually have to upon finacial ability look into getting a new system and server but that probably won't be for a while but when i do i will get a computer with everything i can get with and for it lol that i will for the most part need anyways, plus a fax machine is another one that can be of some use.
