Hello Stokes and friends and visitors,

Aloha. "Medical marijuana" is a legal "privilege" for one year at a time. To re-up the "privilege" for another year, one must still be sick or handicapped. What's the prayer and affirmation involved? To STILL be sick and qualify for another year of medical marijuana? Or, to claim the guaranteed RIGHT to religious sacrament for life, and to stay healthy in mind, body and spirit at all times?

Religious use of Cannabis sacrament is a RIGHT guaranteed to all U.S. citizens for life by the "Supreme law of the land", the U.S. Constitution.

BIG DIFFERENCE!

If you qualify for medical marijuana I recommend it. Build your religious defense and get off the medical when you can.

A fine article and a good point, and, in my opinion, religious 'sacrament' guaranteed by the First Amendment as a Constitutional RIGHT is WAY more powerful in any discussion about Cannabis.

With the religious use in place, "medical marijuana" isn't needed. Medical, schmedical gets debated til the cows come home. (Hey! When ARE those cows coming home, anyway?).
