|

In missouri the followoing representative is trying to introduce a bill this year. This bill will require everyone on medicaid (health care for low income) to be subjected to random drug testing. I can only assume that the reason for this type of discrimination is in direct result of Bush's proposed new budget. The state Gov. is Republican. Bush is taking away many funds from medicaid and low income programs to fund the war.
THIS IS SERIOUS, A SERIOUS ACT AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS!!!!!
Now the state is denying public assistance to those of us practising, believing and honoring cannibis sacrament. What a harsh blow of tyranny.
This is the legislators information and the proposed bill.
Sater, David
Requires implementation of a random drug testing program for persons who receive Medicaid (LR# 268L.01I)
the link to this information is;
http://www.house.state.mo.us/default.aspx?info=/bills051/billist.htm
This is the information to the local ACLU, I ask that concerned parties call and voice their belief in this matter as a barbaric illegal attack upon our religious rights as cannibis sacrament ministers, as the poor of the world suffering from direct discrimination, as if only the poor use marijuana.
The list goes on.
If this madness gets passed this illegal manuever will force you to give probable cause to authorities where they will obtain warrants for search and siezure including the removal of children from home as we are already seeing in Iowa.
My God, I can't believe the vigor with which our enemy pursues the innocent. Is there no humane dignifying presence left in the American Political Community?
Rev Curt

Thank You Reverend Curt. Thats a vital piece of info. Very discouraging.
But we legaly have our exemptions due to our religious beliefs. I will fight that all the way.
Its time to spread the good news of the THC Ministry to all our aquanitances and relatives that use cannabis religiously. _________________

This bullshit has me concerned. I will be following it and making my thoughts known to my representatives in the capital and Washington.
