Well, all my "paranoia aside", you may be right about it being the browser......not the browser specifically, but the way javascript is handled. The lines in question are generated by javascript, and at first glance, my local copy of the page, has 2002 as the reference year. So it looks like the javascript is not written quite right. If I figure out , I'll let you know. Microsoft and Mozilla must handle the javascript differently.

Well I found the error, just in case you know the webmaster of the page. In the html is this

Well, what happens, is if the javascript dosn't compute
properly, it defaults to that last date. It should be updated so it reflects the 2004 date.
Oh well, it was interesting chasing down this glitch. :-)
