Now that I am fully ordained with Certs N all am I /can I be legally viewed a part of a religious community ?
If not why not ?
If yes how so ?
Is my home a religious dwelling in the same way as a Monastry or Nun's Retreat ?

Your first question : Yes.
How so? Becouse you choose to and joined by becoming a member. your ordination certificate, and anything else you should need to be 'legally' you will get from and through The THC ministry, even if special documents (for some countries) are required.
And yes, your home is a religious dwelling.
