Quote:
A midstate man who claimed he uses marijuana for religious purposes began a 9- to 23-month term in Cumberland County Prison this morning on a drug possession and delivery conviction.

County President Judge Edgar B. Bayley sent Robert G. Henry, 49, of Fannettsburg, Franklin County, to jail more than a year after he tossed out Henry's religion argument and convicted him of the criminal charges.

Henry had tried to avoid prosecution by invoking the religious claim after a state trooper said he pulled Henry's weaving car over near Shippensburg and found marijuana plants inside. Henry claimed his alleged religion-related use of marijauna was protected under the religious freedoms tenet of the U.S. Constitution.

Bayley sentenced Henry after his appeals to the state Superior and Supreme courts failed.

Henry arrived 20 minutes late for this morning's sentencing hearing, then asked the judge for 30 more days to prepare himself for prison.

"This has gone on for long enough," Bayley said, and sheriff's deputies handcuffed Henry and led him to jail.

NOT good. Surprised

Hello Ferre and David and everyone,

Aloha. How's it going?

Robert DID contact me after getting arrested and the THC Ministry did provide his religious defense to prosecution. I'll guess that our Cannabis Sanctuary (& Legal Defense) Kit saved this defendant a few thousand dollars in lawyer research fees, and, more valuable than that, it made his lawyer a believer in our cause. Unfortunately, Robert Henry couldn't provide the 'sincerity' part of the defense to the satisfaction of the court.

You can quote me on this, I can provide the 'legitimacy' for our members in good standing for their private, non-commercial, spiritual cultivation and use of Cannabis, however our members each need to provide their own 'sincerity'.

Here are the things needed for a successful religious exemption for Cannabis:

1. Sincerity
2. Legitimacy
3. A mandate to grow and use Cannabis
4. Privacy of use and practice
5. Zero sales of sacrament; no commerce in the herb

I've been tested repeatedly for over nine years now and we're going stronger than ever. As far as I can tell, we've succeeded in over 104 incidents, or cases, and we've lost five. In our latest loss, however, the Rev. was accused of stealing the power for his religious grow room. Is that really a loss for our Ministry method? Obviously not.

All the very best to you,

Roger Christie, Founder

I'm lost for words!

That is all very well you posting the secrets to your 123 kit, but as I have said before, IT WILL NOT WORK in my country. so your claim 'you can use it too' is false and you are misleading and taking money from brothers who are in desperate need of support. You have kindly placed the whole kit in this one thread.

1. Sincerity
What like a born again Jesus Christ. You are fighting a corrupt system you don't need Sincerity you need to be a good liar.

2. Legitimacy
It is illegal to grow cannabis, how can you be legit?

3. A mandate to grow and use Cannabis
A mandate, it's a plant. They, (who ever they may well be)have no right in telling me not to grow it. Who is braking the laws of life? I do not need a mandate because someone else is braking the law.

4. Privacy of use and practice
In a closet, if you get caught then you have failed this thing needed for a successful religious exemption. maybe you should just have this one and get rid of the rest, saves on paper waste. In Britain even if you own a property, theoretically you are only renting it from the government, you have no right to privacy. If you want privacy you must have something to hide, and they want to know what it is. Thus no privacy.

5. Zero sales of sacrament; no commerce in the herb.
This will get you a lesser sentence, but you have only got to do is offer the courts a lump sum and that will clear that one up.

Then the REV should have been convicted of theft not cultivation, so yes it is a loss!

just because half the states in America allow medical marijuana now, doesn't give you the right to say you are winner. come to Britain with a kilo of cannabis in your pocket and see who far you get pass customs.

Roger, I don't want to smoke my cannabis in a closet and that is what you are suggesting, and having the audacity to charge for it. Your kit is not worth it's value.

Stop ripping off the cannabis community!
