Dear Friends,
Firstly thank you all for your overwhelming interest in the AOS
newletter and mailing list. The point of communicating with each other
in this way, besides organising the imbibing of our sacrament
Ayahuasca, is that this sacrament needs a defense, which can only be
created through openminded communication. This is what I am hoping we
can accomplish with the AOS newsletter and site.

There are several new items up for downloading. All these items have
been written by me personaly, but I will consider putting up anything
that anyone has to say, as long as it has a point. There is already a
considerable amount of literature on Ayahuasca and entheogenic
substances, unfortunately most of it is hopelessly vague and a waste of
time. I don't think what I have written is vague, so see if you agree
with me. All of the material is published under a Creative Commons
copyright, meaning that you can add, copy, quote, and send me your
contribution to material, as long as the original source and author are
mentioned! I recommend that you check out the Creative Commons site if
you are going to publish.

I am considering starting a site to help ill and elderly people and
advise them on the use of Marihuana as a medicine. Some of you may
already be familliar with the medicinal properties of Marihuana, as
well as its recreational use. The point of having this site is not only
to provide information, but also to provide a service, in the form of
advisors, and guides, who will assist those trying Marihuana for the
first time, and especialy assist them by helping them to be aware of
Marihuanas spiritual, or consciousness raising properties that are part
and parcel of the healing it offers. If any of you are interested and
could spare some cash, please let me know, and I will register a domain
name. I am sure it will be the first service of its kind in Holland,
and other countries may follow suit. The costs of registering a domain
in Holland are around 200 euros per year, including the MB's on a
server. I would also be very pleased with anyone who would care to help
get the site up and running. The idea is to employ several advisers on
a part time basis, so there is some work in it for those interested.
There are two articles up on the site about Marihuana as medicine, but
both are in Dutch! I hope to translate them soon.
