Ok here is a little lesson on instant elightenment.

First imagine a pencil sticking out of the middle of your forehead.
Then move your head in such a way as to make tiny little figure eights. This alone will instantly bring you up, and feel a little lighter.

Second imagine the same pencil sticking out of your belly button.
Now make the same small figure eights.

Third put the same imaginary pencil in your butt, stay with me now. make the same little figure eights.

Now for complete instant enlightenment do all three.
A little practice helps a lot.

hahahaha I can do the forhead one an the butt one easily but the belly one lol im having a lil difficulty with... well ill keep trying maybe it will teach me to do this hullamod
