This is potentially HUGE, developing a legal, state- sanctioned source of high-quality cannabis for certified medical patients. Imagine...

The reso had 2 components: asking Dept. of Public Safety to do a study as to
how to set up a state distribution system and a second part asking DOH to
study the use of cannabis as substitution therapy for ice addicts.
