Hello everyone,

Aloha. It's time to get specific here about the positions of leadership and authority at the THC Miistry. I have delayed posting this partly, or mainly, because I have been such an anti-authority guy most of my life. However, it's time for me to step-up to the plate right now and help to make things clear for all involved.

Here's the deal as I see it: I created this ministry and, like it or not, I have the final say about where it goes and what it's purpose and mission is. I own the name, the trademark, and I am the responsible party. Responsible = able to respond.

Ferre was attracted to the ministry a few years ago and has proven himself to be an invaluable part of who and what we are. He founded this Amsterdam ministry and he built and maintains both the web forums. I feel that Ferre and I are different wings on the same bird. I love, respect and support him totally, and yes, we sometimes disagree. He's as human as I am and you are.

Am I being completely clear? Ferre is in a position of respect and authority and leadership in the THC Ministry because he earned it. He is my brother, my partner and my friend.

There's room at the 'top' for you. The combination of talents here has attracted some really good, true and valuable members that I'm proud to call friends. As much as possible we listen to the feelings and suggestions of you and them for mutual benefit. We are blessed to have the 'elders', if you will, of the THC Ministry working and praying and supporting this ministry out of the goodness of their hearts. Ferre and I listen to you and we respect your feelings and ideas.

I know I'll have it narrowed down by the time our injunction goes through, but the suspense is killing me ...

i kinda figured there may have been a core group of people behind the scenes calling the shots which is not necesarilly a bad thing

i mean we all trust roger right af he feels these people are qualified as advisors to him im comfortable with it as i havent seen them do anything not in everyones interest

ive seen some posts against the new tennants but i dont see what the big deal is it hasnt changed what we believe in if you subscribe to the old tennants the new ones fit right in there you dont need to drop them we should all have a written declaration of our own beliefs along with the ministries that work hand in hand with each other imho

i feel this was a very smart move i can see how the old ones could easily alienate some
