IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING?

I am currently a medical patient and I live in California. I suffer from extremely bad migraines and Herb is the only medication I need. This is all hard to fathom for me and I'm sure you will understand my skepticism, but, someone reassure me that this is for real. LIVING IN CALIFORNIA, CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF A THC-MINISTRY? ALSO, IF I CAN, IS IT PERFECTLY LEGAL? IS IT REALLY MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT? I know you guys get this question a lot and are probably annoyed at answering it but, put yourself in my shoes and spread the love. [/b]

To answer your questions;

Yes, this is for real.
Yes, you can become a member of a THC Ministry
Yes, it is perfectly legal
Yes, it really is your constitutional right. And more, it is your right according to international laws.

We do understand your scepticism, sadly enough there are even judges who do not know/understand about the (international) laws.
