Today I need help. I have got to stop drinking so much when I get upset anyone have any tips? I feel lost today for real. I don't know what to do with myself. The drinking is my way of self abuse.

thanks Ben!!!! I did dump the booze. I had started it in FL and it's gone too far. Well i'm off for some carbs and smoke to stable myself.
