Greetings, everyone. The issue of the states and the rights of the people to decide on medical cannabis use, without federal interference, is going to be up for a vote again this summer. I'm not certain how effective this particular amendment might be, considering the current conservative climate in the US. However, a good grassroots push might make a difference.
