It is the mind that conditions the body. The mind is an instrument by which one can ruin oneself or liberate oneself. The mind must become the servant of the intellect and not the slave of the senses.

it sure is a lovely bit of scripture Lilli..i like it so much that I had that as the gospel reading at my wedding a few months back
an inspiring message for us to believe and let God direct us. He will not lead us astray. i'm gonna be loosing me job soon (won't have as much time here in the future  ).still i have fear not and have faith God will show me the way. and open new doors. i'm (kinda) looking forward to it. Just what does he have planned for me now? we shall see.

another great thought!
unfortunately for me my 'Mind Conditioner" makes me want more food (munchies) , dirties my clothes ( resin) , and dirties my house (too lazy to clean). but I love it!
