When I finaly gave up on churches of all kinds God started showing me he was there. All of this happened after my sons suicide. But here is a great example of how he works with me and my family.
We lived in the middle of Kansas and 14 miles from the nearest town.In 1995
My daughter her husband there 2 children an my youngest son ( the one pictured with tech on the music thread) We had been out of work and our truck was on its last leg. We decided to sell it for as much as we could an buy some groceries and the boys took thwe truck to town and soon I saw out the kitchen window a car coming up the road. it pulled in front an out stepped the boyz with 2 bags of groceries. They waved by and thanked the friend that brought them home. I looked up an said "God we are at your mercy now." And said a short prayer before they got in the house. Withing id say 15 mins my cannabis hook up called an he asked "Lilli do you wanna buy my truck?" I said well yes but barnaby i dont get my disabilaty check till the 1st thats 2 weeks away. he said no problams an ill bring it now an you can take me back home. I barely had hung up the phone and said thank you to God an it rang again. this time it was my propane delivery man who raised pigs. He said "Lilli do you wanna buy one of these hogs im taken to the butcher shop?" I said the same thing I sure would Mr Johnson ( names fictitious) but Im broke an dont get paid till the first ( ss disabilaty check I have conjestive heart failure) An he said no problam but it will cost ya 80 dollars to get it out the butcher market. Call them an tell them how youd like your meat. And somehow it was arrranged that I pay them too on the 1st. So within 30 minutes of me saying God we are at your mercy. We had a new truck
( well new used) and a freezer full of meat. God continues to show me and my familyhe is there. We just had a great miracle on new years day this year. ill bring that post over from another website and show you. All I got to say is God is there for those that truly seek him. You dont need church to have a realationship with him. And hes GOOD all the time and hes ON TIME all the time. HALLELUJAH thank you Lord for hearing me over an over an over again. And thank you for never putting me on hold or given me a busy signal.In Jesus name Amen
