getting more involved in thc-mnstry - a possible website???

i am so greatful for the thc ministry and the power of the internet to connect people to people across a far land. there is a website for the thc-ministry in ohio, but not one for kentucky (current residence: ky; past: oh). i have inquired about the location of the ceremonies or even if organized ceremonies existed; as the way i understood him, there were not enough members that would show up on a weekly bases and a lack of money prohibited regular ceromonies. i don't think i would have the time to run a service or anything to that extent, but i want to inquire about creating a thc-ministy homepage for kentucky, the commonwealth (of kentucky), (or some other name that is later decided upon), etc. What is involved in creating a website (thc-ministry members page) or somehow contributing to the thc-ministry?
p.s. - these Qs are just for curiousity - how many individuals are cardcarrying members of the thc-ministry in the U.S.? and the percentage whom order the full minister kit compared to that of the "economy" kit (full : economy :: $200 : $30)?

to answer your question there are 100,000 billion card carrying members in the US. The percentage that get the full ministry kit is 99.9999999999999999
