mmmhmmm, this is soooo good, just developed the recipie yesterday, let me know if you love it like I do!
Ingredients:
8 oz(half #) Dark (i'm talkin SUPER dark) chocolate, I use Ghirardelli's 60% Cacao
4-6 oz Heavy Whipping Cream, later to be steeped in greens
1-2 oz high potency Canna Butter
1 gram hash or 1/8 oz Good Quality Greens
Method:
on low heat(like a '1-2' on an electric stove), heat cream and hash or greens, for about 20 minutes
if you used greens, strains and reserve cream
Scald the cream on med-high heat, (scalding is achieved when the bottom layer of cream, touching the bottom of the pot, is boiling rapidly)
Once the cream is scalded, remove from heat, add CannaButter, and swirl until all butter is melted.
Return to the heat for a second, then pour mixture over chocolate chips in a bowl.
Wait about 20 seconds, then whisk until ULTRA SMOOTH, no lumps should be left over. Store this in the fridge and when it's hard(set) you're GOOD TO GO!!
what I like to do with it:
I get it real hard in the fridge, then melon ball it out. Those balls can go back in the fridge to get extra cold.
Once cold, i melt some white chocolate and ever-so carefully cover each one and let them set.
When you're finished, you've got a Dark Ganja Truffle! Enjoy!
